This is a build for use in Tomb of The Primeval Kings. It Is considered a Barrage/Pet variant. While Most Barrage/Pet Rangers are R/Mo, This Build is designed to deal effective damage using Communing Spirits combined with barrage and your pet. The Spirits' energy cost is reduced greatly with Expertise.

Options for Extra Slot:
- Favorable Winds for more spirit usage.
- Savage Shot or Distracting Shot for interrruptions.
- Throw Dirt for emergency gang-up situations.
- Whirling Defense for Defense while setting up spirits.
[edit] Equipment
- Druid's Armor for maximum energy.
- Archers Mask.
- Longbow for range. Any Longbow should be good, Zealous or Vampiric is a plus.

Try and stay towards the back of the group near the Monk. Set up Spirits. Cast Shadowsong or Bloodsong first, as they require the most energy. Then cast the other two spirits. Spam Barrage on Groups of enemies. Stay out of the range of Dryders because of Meteor Shower which can make short work of you and your spirits.

This build does not offer any self healing spells, so you must rely on the monk to keep you alive. With the spirits doing 15 damage each, You can easily do 70+ damage every two seconds.
