This build is not favored by the
GuildWiki community.
The general consensus among users of GuildWiki is that this
build is not viable.
This build was voted unfavored for the following reasons:
- Duplicate build with unfavorable attribute allocation and
variation.
|
This build is a PvE-oriented
build designed to deliver frightening amounts of damage to tightly
grouped enemies, all the while bringing slain allies quickly and
efficiently back into the fight.
[edit] Skillset
[edit] Equipment
The
Stonereaper (staff) would be optimal, because it has everything
this build needs. But any max staff with HCT and HSR (curses)
should do fine. As far as armor, Bloodstained Boots and Revenant's
for the remaining pieces (or scars if you can live with looking
like a complete dork in your boots) should be good.
- Before engaging the enemy, survey their numbers and estimate
where they will position themselves after combat starts (casters at
the rear, melee in your face). Select a target that will likely be
in the larger of these stacks -- if in doubt, choose a melee
opponent.
- Amp up by activating Awaken the Blood, then hit your
selected target with SS and
Reckless Haste in rapid succession.
- Re-evalutate the enemy positions and use Desecrate
Enchantments and Defile Enchantments on the largest
concentration of enemies.
- As soon as an enemy drops, create a Well of Blood and
move into it, thereby creating a "haven" for the rest of the team
to pull monsters into, further increasing the effectiveness of your
area damage effects.
- Make sure to keep up the pressure using SS and
DE's as power permits.
- If an ally dies, turn his corpse into a Well of Blood
and use Flesh of My Flesh while standing inside it, so that
you may both recover quickly from the health lost to the
skill.
[edit] Variations
- This build requires both Prophecies and Factions to function.
- This build has been lightly tested in PvP with some success. More testing for both PvE
and PvP is needed.
