build is not viable.

This Build focuses on several Health Degenration abilities by
inflicting various conditions Bleeding and Poision as
well as it also Paralyzes apponent by Crippling,
Blinding and Knocking also inflicting damage on enemy
opponent to an extent.

- Start by using spell Sharpen Daggers.
- Use Caltrops to cripple your Foe. Since FOE slows down its easy
to catch him up.
- Use Golden Phoenix Strike to gain energy. Energy Gain
+12(Skill) +3(critical Strike) = +15 energy.
- Use Entangling Asp to knockdown and poison the opponent.
- Use Palm Strike > Blind Powder > Repeating Strike to
damage and blind the opponent, as this will block all attacks 90%
of time from Target and adjecent Foes. NOTE : Use
Blinding powder only if opponent is melee.
- Chain Repeating Strike While skills are recharing.
- Due to critical strikes being high there should not be much
energy management problems.

- Replace Rune of Vitae with Minor Rune of Shadow
Arts to increase Poison Duration of Entangling Asp from 7
Seconds to 8 Seconds combining with Poison Dagger Tang will result
into 11 Seconds of Poison Duration, but will result into 490 HP in
Total HP of your character.
