Brutal Blades is a build I designed for almost instant death. Also, it is customized so that people who only have factions, like myself, can use it. Also, i found that this build doesnt need an Elite skill at all, which makes this build acquirable very early on in the game.

- Any armor
- Any daggers
- Runes of Attunement and the highest vigor rune you can get.

Cast Brutal Weapon on yourself before battle. Use the first 5 skills in the order they are shown above. If they are not dead by now, hit them a couple more times.
