The general consensus among users of GuildWiki is that this
build is not viable.

This is an Assassin build designed for RA capable of dealing
high damage, while removing enchantments. This build has fair
Energy management and survivability, and can function moderately
well against foes that do not use enchantments.

- Hex removal can be troublesome, but Siphon Speed can be
recasted quickly
- Anti-melee skills and on-hit hexes, Spiteful Spirit, blind,
etc
- Block/Evasion, although with Shattering Assault you have 2
chances to remove an block/evasion enchantment such as
Guardian
- Interruption

- Assault Enchantments can be used instead
of Shattering Assault, but doesn't do extra
damage and has a longer recharge
- Mending
Touch can be replaced with whatever you want, an IAS such as Burst
of Aggression, a Shadow step, etc.
- This allows for variations into other secondary
professions
- Replace Siphon Speed, with a different hex. Keep in
mind, you'll lose a snare and a speed boost with a quick
recharge
- Drop points from critical strikes, and put into deadly arts for
a longer lasting Siphon Speed
- This build is excellent against Dervishes and any other enchantment-heavy
builds.
