• This is one of the most energy efficient heals in the game. However it can only be applied to oneself, and is very susceptible to interruption with its long activation time.
• The high regeneration rate is most effective against degeneration conditions (e.g., Burning) or skills (e.g., Conjure Phantasm). It is not as effective as spike healing (healing in large amounts through skills like Orison of Healing) when used to counter high damage spells like Lightning Orb.
