With the use of common interrupts, the Arrows Interrupt comes up with a way to prevent from any caster to get anywhere with their spells, without making energy an problem for yourself.

Why Power Leech? Well, its perfect for when you ran out of interrupts you can interrupt with it and gain energy from the enemy if they cast anything else.... this limits their energy for when they are ready to cast another spell, they get interrupted and keep wasting energy
