This build uses the skill Wail of Doom in order to shut down Melee attackers, Marksmanship Rangers and Spear Mastery Paragons. Combined with skills from the Illusion Magic attribute, to deal a decent amount of damage as a secondary.

Radiant or Survivor Insignia's.
An Insightful Soul Reaping Staff of Fortitude or of Mastery with an "Aptitude not Attitude" Inscription.

[edit] Usage

Search through your enemies, in order to find an opponent using attack skills. Which are mostly Warriors and Assassins, but Rangers, Paragons and Dervishes are also a possibilty (make sure what skills they're using, by targetting them for a while)
Make sure they're attacking and cast Wail of Doom, disabling all their attack skills.
Because the target can't do anything but attack, cast Clumsiness and Signet of Clumsiness on it to deal damage.
Use Kitah's Burden in order to further shut the target down.
Use Signet of Sorrow and Phantom Pain to deal general damage. (it's best to wait with using Signet of Sorrow until there's a corpse near the target, so it's spammable)
Use Signet of Lost Souls in order to regain both Health and Energy. Make sure your target is below 50% Health.
