This smite monk uses the elite skill Air of Enchantment to lower the cost of quick spammable enchantments to 1. Using Zealot's Fire with Air of Enchantment and Balthazar's Aura will slowly kill all enemies near your target ally. This build is used in Alliance Battles, Team Arenas, and Guild versus Guild battles, where you are not always the primary target.

  • Snare and kite the target being smited off of.
  • Use any anti-spammer strategy such as Backfire, Blackout or Diversion
  • Remove Zealots Fire from the monk with any enchantment removal skill.
  • Well of the Profane totally destroys this build, as long as the team using it stays within its effect radius.
  • A very good E-Denial mesmer or ranger, because as of the new update, Air of Enchantment lowers your energy costs to a minimum of 1.
  • Use Nature's Renewal for control spam.
