[edit] Equipment
- An axe or sword of Enchanting (20% if possible) is needed to prolong the length of Shield of Judgment. Totem Axe and Rajazan's Fervor are the best choice (and easy to drop/buy).
- The off-hand item is the -50 Grim Cesta obtained via the Cities of Ascalon quest.
- Ascetic's Armor offers the most energy which is beneficial to this build, all armor pieces have to have Monk superior runes: one of each with one extra to bring your health down to 105 (this doesn’t include health deduction with the -50 Grim Cesta).
[edit] Usage
- Cast Mending, Watchful Spirit and Balthazar's Spirit. After that you only have 1 pip of energy regeneration, so use Blessed Signet to regain energy.
- Before aggroing mobs, cast Protective Spirit and then Glyph of Concentration. (You have 6 pip of health regeneration, that should be more than enough for all situations). (The Bladed Aatxe makes you bleed, so you need to cast Protective Spirit to heal, with Divine Favor at 9 you are healed for 29).
- When a Dying Nightmare pops up, cast Spell Shield, Glyph of Concentration, Shield of Judgment and Protective Spirit in that order. Dying Nightmares kill them self when they attack you. (After they hit you two times they are dead).
- Cast Glyph of Concentration before you cast Shield of Judgment. You will need to cast Shield of Judgment 3-4 times.
- When you are facing Grasping Darkness cast Glyph of Concentration before casting any spells.
