The Me/R Condition Spreader is a primarily PvE build designed to spread conditions throughout mobs using mesmer illusion magic to cause and spread degeneration with added spike damage through fragility and the rangers wilderness survival to load the enemies with conditions which are then spread by Fevered Dreams health degeneration through poison.

[edit] Equipment
This Build does require a bow although the choice is somewhat unimportant and is therefore left up to the individual. However, a secondary cane/staff w/o an offhand for enrgy gain may be advisable. Virtuoso's Armor is preferred for the energy gain with the illusion head gear.
[edit] Usage
Begin with Serpents Quickness and immediately use fevered dreams followed by arcane echo and fragility on any two enemies. Follow up with apply poison and choking gas to cause poison and interrupt, and finish off with phantom pain for added health degeneration as well as deep wound. Rinse and Repeat.
[edit] Counters
Condition removal while annoying actually increases the damage production of fragility so it isn't a huge problem, however, interrupts/shutdown and evasion/blocking are problematic.
[edit] Variants
Consider using either Hunter's Shot for added bleeding or Conjure Phantasm for added degeneration. Consider replacing serpents quickness with dodge or troll unguent for defense/self healing. Consider bringing glass arrows to prevent blocking. Consider bringing Pin Down to cripple opponents and as a result of the lack of marksmanship, cripple will activate fragility twice in a very short window.
[edit] Notes
Because this build has no self-healing it relies heavily on monks and should never get closer to combat then is absolutely necessary. Although this build is primarily PvE based, it can be adapted for PvP especially RA.
