The general consensus among users of GuildWiki is that this
build is not viable.
This build was voted unfavored for the following reasons:
- not enough energy management

[edit] Attributes and Skills
[edit] Equipment
- This build was designed to be used in Alliance
Battles to quickly kill shrine NPCs.
- Try and target shrines that aren't inhabited by any enemy
players.
- Upon approaching a shrine, cast Weapon of Quickening on
yourself, quickly followed by casting Binding Chains, Then Lava
Font, and Meteor on on of the NPCs, preferably the one who appears
to be in the middle.
- After those two skills have been cast run into melee range and
cast Bed of Coals, shortly followed up by Meteor If they did
Recharge, If not Use Binding chains to Slow The NPC.
- By this time the NPCs should start to scatter due to their AI
and the presence of AoEs. Try
to corner an NPC or two against the shrine's wall and use Lava
Font. Due to Lava Font's low cost and short recharge it's no huge
loss if it doesn't hit for it's full damage.
- By this time Meteor and Bed of coals Should have been recharged
should be recharged, though they could've recharged a while ago if
the Fire Wand or Flame Artifact activated, and the shrine NPCs
should be close to death, feel free to recast one of these to kill
them off, or simply wand them to death.
- Rinse and repeat at another shrine.
- Quickly clears NPCs from shrines allowing for effective
capturing, and recapturing of shrines in Alliance Battles.
- Animated Minions, common in Alliance Battles, will not run out
of AoEs allowing this build to quickly reduce a minion army.
- Likewise, other, inexperinced, players may refuse to run out of
your AoEs as well causing massive damage.
- Decent damage over a wide area.
- 10 extra armor from being enchanted and wearing Tempest
Armor.
- Weak single target damage capabilities.
- 70 armor isn't enough to protect yourself from most
attackers.
- Long cast time on spells leaves them vulnerable to
interrupts.
- Long cooldowns on spells.
- If attunement and GOLE are disabled then your shut down.
[edit] Additional Notes
- In times of choice, you are welcome to change the Fire skills
that you seem to think be better.
- Keep Fire Attunement up at all times.
