This build was designed to be the support character to a 55 monk in the Underworld when a decent SS necro was unavailable. It has been used to farm aaxtes and smites and has also proven capable of dealing with Coldfire Nights. It provides a means of keeping burning on a creature continuously and also provides echo nuking capability.

Possible Optional Skills:
- Generic Resurrect
- Breath of Fire or other AoE for increased damage output - has to be used as a finishing skill to avoid scattering of mobs. Useful for clearing behemoths.
- Adjacent AoE, for example Bed of Coals - useful in case you get attacked and you need to break aggro.
[edit] Equipment
- Weapons - None specific, although any that have a chance of increasing fire magic level, or fast casting or fast recharging would be preferable.
- Armor - None specific
[edit] Usage
The build has been used in the UW to support a 55 monk and the following strategies were used for the different creatures located there.
- Bladed Aaxtes - Monk aggro's normally, taking care to make sure the aatxes are in a tight group. Keep fire attunement up, then Use Mark of Rodgort on a middle Aatxe, followed by echo, and then spam Lava arrows and the echod version of it. The first group of aaxtes should die just after Echo ends. If more than 3 in a group, fireball can be used for this instead of lava arrows.
- Grasping Darkness - Monk aggro's normally, Ancestors Visage is used as creatures approach. Echo, Meteor Shower, Mark of Rodgort, Meteor Shower, Fireball, and if any survive mop up with lava arrows, and they should all be dead.
- Smite Crawlers - As per Grasping Darkness tactic, although these are sometimes a little more tricky and may require extra Lava Arrows casts at the end of the sequence.
- Coldfire Nights - Similar tactic to Graspers/Smites, although extra care needs to be taken to group the coldfires. Also these represent a true threat to the character as they occasionally will attack you instead of your monk.
- Terrorweb Driders - As per Coldfire Nights
[edit] Counters
Direct Damage from ranged attacks, and Maelstrom from Coldfires.
