This build uses Assassin's Promise and some spiking skills to finish off targets quickly and move on to the next even quicker. The build's main purpose is AB and CM, but can easily be adapted for PVE play.

[edit] Equipment
+ Energy armor works best, since you'll need 45e for the whole
combo and BLS only gives you 16.
You should have atleast 2 sets of daggers, Ebon daggers of
Fortitude and Vampiric daggers of Fortitude, both with 15% vs hexed
or 15^50 inscription.
[edit] Usage
At the start of battle try to stay at the backline, watching you're enemies' health, when an enemy goes down to about 80% health or 90% and has some conditions and\or hexes on him switch to your vampiric daggers and start the chain: Assassin's Promise->Death's Charge->BoA->BMT->BLS->BoS->Impale. If the target isn't dead by now it should have at least 10% health, 2-3 attacks will probrably finish him. Try to call your use of AP so your team will know they should kill your target fast. Since this build doesn't have any self-heals, try to use hit-and-run tactics. If your chain fails or AP is removed, you'll have to wait for it to recharge, but try and find targets who are hexed from you're allies and spike them, if there aren't any, just stay back and wait for the recharge.
[edit] Counters
Anti-melee hexes and conditions, hex removal, enough surviving skills to survive 11 seconds.
[edit] Variants
For PVE play switch dash with Res sig. the 4 attack skills can also be changed but try to have skills that have bonuses against hexed target.
[edit] Notes
As long as you stay behind when not spiking and spike targets that had 80% health you should be fine.
