The Critical Blade uses spammable Sword Attacks to take advantage of the assassin's Critical Strikes attribute. It is designed for PvE.

- A Zealous sword of Enchanting with a +5 energy mod.
- A shield with a -2 physical damage while enchanted mod.
[edit] Usage
The strategy is to keep your defenses up with "Watch Yourself!" and Deadly Riposte while keeping your energy and health up with Critical Eye and Way of Perfection.
- Before entering combat activate Critical Eye and Way of Perfection
- Use Deadly Riposte to guard yourself from the first attack and spam it when available. Keep in mind that Deadly Riposte only blocks melee attacks.
- Spam Seeking Blade and Quivering Blade as they are available.
- Use "Watch Yourself!" as often as possible.

- With a Vampiric instead of a Zealous sword, bring adrenaline skills such as Galrath Slash to cope with the lowered availability of energy.
