Contents

The Sin of Degeneration combines the powerful attack skills of the Assassin to inflict a target with a lot of degeneration as well as high amounts of armor-ignoring bonus damage.

[edit] Equipment

  • Any kind of armor will do, I use Nightstalker's.
  • Zealous Daggers of Fortitude.

[edit] Usage

  • First, pick out a target.
  • Armor is of less importance than hex removal, condition removal and blocking abilities.
  • Cast Seeping Wound on the target.
  • Hit the target with your attack skills, from left to right. If the target attempts to kite, use Dark Prison and finish it off.
  • The first combo should down most targets, and many will die quickly afterwards because of the massive degeneration inflicted.
  • Get rid of annoying conditions, especially blind, by using Mending Touch.
  • If under fire, use Feigned Neutrality and try to kite. Else, this build will die very quickly.

[edit] Counters

  • Anti-Melee hexes.
  • strong hex removal.
  • Blind.
  • blocking (see Variants about this).

[edit] Variants

  • Replace Dark Prison with any kind of resurrection skill you like.
  • Expose Defenses will give xou a second hex, so you will still be able to pull off your combo when Seeping Wound is not available. Plus, it will almost ensure you hit the target, unless you are under the effect of an Anti-Melee hex.

[edit] Notes

This is my first build on Guildwiki, but please, have no mercy with it. But give it a chance.
