Contents

This build uses the two skills Deadly Paradox and Deadly Haste to increase the speed of dagger throwing skills to an insane speed, and applies huge pressure on a single target.

[edit] Equipment

  • Full Radiant Armor (Or Valkyrie Armor if you do not want to spend money on a whole new set of armor)
  • Deadly mask
  • Two runes of Attunement
  • Superior Vigor rune (Or Major/Minor if you can't afford Superior)
  • An Axe, or Sword of Enchanting with "I have the power" inscription.
  • A caster offhand, one that provides energy, of Swiftness with "Serenity now" insription.
  • An Inscribable Staff made from certain Nightfall weaponsmiths that Halves recharge time of spells (20%)and make sure it has 10+ energy, and an inscription slot, and put in a max Insightful Staff Head, and a max Energy Inscription.

[edit] Usage

Usage is simple but if done badly you will encounter energy problems.

  • First cast Deadly Haste, Channeling, and Deadly paradox just before you enter battle.
  • Then run within range of as many enemies as possible to gain the benefits of channeling.
  • Begin to spam the dagger skills to apply pressure to the target.
  • When the target's health falls to a low value, apply Assassin's Promise before continuing to attack.
  • Once the target is dead, Assassin's Promise will trigger, giving you the energy boost necessary to continue to another target.
  • WARNING: If you are not careful about keeping channeling up, staying in range of enemies and placing Assassin's Promise you will run out of energy and be unable to deal damage.

[edit] Counters

  • Anti-caster spells such as Backfire
  • Anti-spamming skills such as Diversion
  • Energy denial
  • This build has no self-healing and so must have monk support before engaging.

[edit] Variants

  • Replace superior runes with major or minor ones to increase survivability.
  • Replace radiant insignias with survivor ones to ,again, increase survivability.
  • Take out Channeling (because since you are attacking at a range, you won't benefit much) and put in Arcane Echo to spam more daggers.
  • Replace Resurrection Signet with a healing skill when you don't need the signet.

[edit] Notes

This build has a high damage output but can be very difficult to use. If played incorrectly you will deal little damage and be a huge drain on the energy supplies of your monks.
