The Black Dragon Flame is an all-out elimination build that utilizes dagger semi-spiking, aided by intense conditioning.

[edit] Usage
Start off with casting Mark of Rodgort on your initial target, preferably when it's clumped with other foes(to spread the hex to them), then engage with Black Mantis Thrust to cripple your target, preventing any initial kiting. Follow up with Black Lotus Strike, then Twisting Fangs. At this point, the target foe should be eliminated, or dying. Black Lotus Strike requires no lead attack, but a hex, so it's possible to skip Black Mantis Thrust for finishing off a foe.

Condition-transfer skills such as Plague Touch makes the user "feel the foe's pain", however, considering that burning will be reapplied with every hit, it's not a very viable counter-attack.
Blinding skills can reduce the effectiveness of the build greatly. Any anti-melee hexes will slow your progress with this build.
[edit] Variants
Try putting Signet of Malice in optional slot to counter blindness and other harmful conditions. Switch Resurrection Signet for Aura of Displacement or Shadow Prison in AB. Can switch Black Mantis Thrust for Black Spider Strike for more degeneration/damage.
