GWFreaks character builder

GWFreaks is a popular open source offline character builder tool that help players to plan ahead different combinations without having to actually have the skill or equipment in the game. Among its features are:

An account manager that lets you record your progress with unlocking skills and weapon upgrades in Guild Wars
A character build customizer where you can lay out every detail of your character.
A skill list and an accompanying World Map of Tyria that shows the locations of bosses with the elite skills.
Translations into several languages.
