Dreadnought armor or Knight's armor will do the job.
Minor runes of Swordsmanship and Tactics.

[edit] Usage

Cast Mending on yourself.
Use Sever Artery and Gash as soon as they charge
Use Gladiator's Defense for extra damage if you are being swarmed with melee attacks
Dolyak Signet to avoid knockdowns
Rebirth on fallen members, but stay away from monster's Aggro Zone
