Contents

The Paradox Warrior is a unique blend of damage dealing and disruption. This build can be extremely effective in GvG, as most players would ignore warriors first.

[edit] Equipment

  • Gladiator's Armor set is preferred.
  • Vampiric, Zealous, and Ebon Sword of Fortitude.

[edit] Usage

  • Build up adrenaline and use Battle Rage to experience faster movement and adrenaline gain.
  • Use your sword combo around targets near 65% of their Health to deal significant damage.
  • Heal yourself at the same time draining their Energy with Ether Feast.
  • Disrupt casters using long-casting spells with Power Drain.
  • Use Signet of Humility to shutdown your target's elite skill.
  • Use Resurrection Signet to quickly revive fallen allies.

[edit] Counters

  • Anti-warrior hexes and conditions apply to this build.
  • Snares that will slow you down or spells that would reduce adrenaline gain.
  • Wild Blow and Wild Strike will end your Battle Rage, thus prematurely ending all your adrenaline.

[edit] Notes

  • This build is less about being a heavy tank and more about applying pressure while at the same time disrupting and shutting down your target.
  • This build is also very effective against the mainstream of Build:W/E Shock Axe build as it will shutdown its most valuable skill, Eviscerate.
