This build is not favored by the
GuildWiki community.
The general consensus among users of GuildWiki is that this
build is not viable.
This build was voted unfavored for the following reasons:
- insufficient damage
- inferior to W/N
|
This build relies on massive health degeneration and blood
skills in melee fighting to put a lot of pressure but also benefits
from the rareness of melee necromancers giving the user a slight
edge in PvP.
[edit] Attributes and Skills
- Sever
Artery, Gash and Virulence make a deadly
combination giving the victim massive life degeneration, weakness
and deep wound. You can use Plague touch to remove conditions from
yourself while enabling repeated use of virulence.
- Blood
Renewal, Vampiric Touch and Unholy Feast will
allow for some self healing and/or to finish enemies with
unblockable damage.
[edit] Equipment
- Tormentor/Necrotic armor provides additional armor which is
very useful for close quarter encounters but remember the holy
damage weakness. A Peppermint shield is also recommended due to the
lack of requirements for another 10 extra armor.
- A Furious Sword is highly recommended to help charge sever
artery and gash. A Perfect Enchant mod will extend Blood renewal
for 2 more seconds giving additional life regeneration
- Just pick a target (preferably casters) and start using Sever
Artery, Gash, Virulence and Plague Touch to panic and kill the
victim. You can land a quick deathblow with Vampiric Touch
too.
- Remember to heal with the blood line of spells when you have
the chance, Vampiric Touch for single targets and Unholy Feast for
crowded battles.
[edit] Counters
This build being a primary necromancer can't withstand the same
punishment as a normal warrior. Holy damage is particulary
effective against full Necrotic/Tormentor armor.
[edit] Variants
- You can use Hamstring instead of Gash to stop fleeing targets.
- You can also Switch Blood Renewal for Demonic Flesh to
give you higher stamina at the expense of regeneration and sudden
health drops via enchantment removal.
