This build is used to replace the SS Necromancer in the 55/SS Underworld farming team. It specializes in Blood Magic instead of Curses.

[edit] Equipment

  • The Scar Pattern armor is recommended for more energy.
  • The Wayward Wand from the Adept of Bone (Blood Magic) and Gordac's Hook Blood is best, since it can half the casting time of you skills with over a 30% chance. Also consider bringing a sword or axe with a possibly 20% Enchanting mod on it and +5 energy, like the Totem Axe or Rajazan's Fervor.

Switch into the second weapon set when casting Blood Ritual or Sympathetic Visage/Ancestor's Visage.

[edit] Usage

As this is used to replace the SS Necromancer in the 55/SS Underworld team, wait until the monk is in place before starting. Cast Awaken the Blood first and then place Spoil Victory on your target, then it's Arcane Echo partner on another. Make sure to also add Sympathetic Visage to the monk. If your fight takes Sympathetic Visage out, cast Ancestor's Visage on your monk. Repeat the latter until the fight is over.

Lifebane Strike should be used as soon as a Dying Nightmare spawns. Since this will steal about as much health as the Dying Nightmare has, it should cause little or no problems.

SV is good for 1 thing... Gate of Madness. I have done that mission thousands of times (as an SV or SS) and love it. All you need is an SV and a blinder (and an SS after that is very nice) and a monk... after that... anything goes. Use it on the Lich and Shiro.

For madness you might want to replace either lifebane strike or br with lightbringers gaze though.

You can change Ancestor's Visage/Sympathetic Visage with Oppressive Gaze for more damage.
