- An Insightful Blood Magic Staff of Fortitude is a great weapon for this build.
[edit] Usage
Before starting to plague yourself, cast Blood Renewal to cushion the degen you will put on yourself. Once you have Blood Renewal up and running, it's time to cast Illusion of Haste and run towards the target. Cast Signet of Agony and Chilblains in that order since the bleeding of Signet of Agony lasts longer than the poison of Chilblains (Notice that Chilblains costs 25 energy, but this will cancel out because you will be using two signets). By this time, your Illusion of Haste would have ended and crippled you. This would be the perfect time to cast Plague Signet sending crippled, poison, and bleeding at the same time. Monks who are not built for mending conditions will take longer to cure all these conditions.
After sending the three conditions, you are not done yet. You will use Rotting Flesh and Vile Miasma on the target. Repeat these steps and use Vampiric Gaze when health is needed. This build works better with a monk on the team. Great for Alliance Battles.
Illusion of Haste is used for the fleeing foes who u can't catch giving him a crippled condition. This skill also used as an escape mechanism since it is a fact that you are killing yourself slightly with this build.

[edit] Variants
1. If you have a monk you can replace Blood Renewal with Demonic Flesh.
2. Replace Rotting Flesh with Life Siphon for an increased healing.
3. Replace Blood Renewal with Life Siphon for both healing for you, and degen for the target.
