This build is meant for pve general and RA This build works on using Healing Breeze to give the healer time to cast a large number of heals.

Radiant Insignia is useful along with Runes of Attunement.
[edit] Usage
Healing Breeze is used to heal small wounds and to counter degen. It is also used as a way to keep energy up, as it allows you to focus on other targets. Use Reversal of Fortune on yourself to counter spikes and to give breathing room. Non-Major hexes should be left on allies so Dwayna's Kiss can give a large heal.

Remove Hex can be switched for any hex remover, as can Mend Condition and Rebirth for their uses. Reversal of Fortune can be switch for Channeling to give more energy
