This build, mainly used in PvE, uses the Fast Casting attribute, combined with Blood Magic spells to steal health from a large amount of foes, dealing damage and keeping yourself alive in the process. Offering of Blood is mainly used as energy management.

Radiant or Survivor Insignia's
A Blood Magic Wand of Memory with an "Hale and Hearty" Inscription.
A Blood Magic Focus with a "Forget me Not" Inscription.

[edit] Usage

Before Entering Battle, Activate Cultist's Fervor.
Cast Life Siphon on Two or Three opponents.
When a bunch of enemies are close to eachother, cast Vampiric Swarm.
Use Vampiric Gaze, Lifebane Strike and Shadow Strike against individual foes.
Use Offering of Blood and Drain Enchantment to regain energy.

Energy Denial.
Hex Removal.

[edit] Variants

Use Blood Renewal instead of Life Siphon.
Well of Blood instead of Vampiric Gaze for some support.
Any other Inspiration Magic energy management skill, such as Power Drain can be used.
Blood Ritual instead of Vampiric Gaze for caster support.
Awaken the Blood instead of Vampiric Gaze. Be careful using this, though, as sacrifice will be increased.
