The Stress Inducer creates serious problems for classes reliant on energy through massive energy degeneration. This build also makes use of mesmer skills to strip enchantments and Glyph of Lesser Energy to make Panic a more viable option in PvP.

[edit] Equipment

  • High energy weapon set.
  • Low energy set for using Ether Lord.

[edit] Usage

  • Start your combo by using Glyph of Lesser Energy, then use Panic followed by Ether Phantom for a cover hex. This will cost 20 energy, but if you want to use Panic again before the glyph is charged (30 seconds) it will cost 35 energy.
  • Lower your energy a bit more before swapping to a low energy weapon set (no bonuses) and casting Ether Lord. Swap back to a high energy weapon set and resume casting. Repeat as energy allows.
  • Use Inspired Enchantment and Drain Enchantment for energy management and to strip important anti-hex enchantments like Holy Veil or Hex Breaker that may strip Panic or prevent it.
  • Ether Feast is your self-heal and is best used on targets that you know have at least some energy.

[edit] Counters

  • Dazed
  • Mass-hex removal.
