The Fast Casting Water Ele is a build primarily used in Alliance
Battles. It uses Dual attunements to spam water magic spells at a
low energy cost.
[edit] Attributes and Skills
- Put up both attunements before fighting.
- Spam Ice Spear to deal damage
- When facing a warrior use blurred vision to lower their chance
of hitting.
- When facing someone who needs to be close to do damage (such as
a warrior or touch ranger) use Ice Spikes to slow them down.
- Against casters, slow them down and cast maelstrom to keep them
interrupted. They usually won't notice Maelstrom is there until it
has dealt a lot of damage.
- To slow down large groups use Deep Freeze.
- Use Armor of Mist to get away quickly, to run to another cap
point, or to avoid getting hit.
