This build is inspired by the original E - Surger but adds more massive energy degeneration. A Monk's biggest fear.

• Any energy adding armor will work
• Max energy staff with spell recharge bonus

[edit] Usage

First use Glyph of Lesser Energy then Arcane Echo. Then cast Energy Surge. Repeat these two steps when Arcane Echo recharges. Try to focus on monks because they will suffer the most from your attacks.

Power Leak can be replaced with Power Drain for more energy management.
