This build uses the Elementalist skill: Burning Speed along with Avatar of Melandru in order to mantain a high rate of speed without the mess of the burning.

If you don't mind haveing low time, Windborne Speed makes a good choice for the optional.

A Mysticism hood, with a windwalker insignia on the arms/boots, a survivor insignia on the chest, a radiant insignia on the legs, and a radiant or survivor insignia on the boots. Vigor rune reccomended. Any ONE-HANDED weapon of enchanting, along with a focus that boosts energy as much as possible, along with fire magic boosting..
[edit] Usage
Before entering aggro, apply Avatar of Melandru, Extend Enchantments, Fire attunement, Faithful Intervention, and then one of the speed boosts, in that order. I prefer Burning speed, as it is the main skill in this build and it will burn enemies.

Areas with many enchantment removal npcs can be difficult to run through.

Air Magic is only necessary if you have windborne speed.
