build is not viable.

The Build Repeating Empty Palm uses the elite skill Way
of the Empty Palm to freely spam Repeating Strike without having to
worry about energy, Also using potent per hit heals to ensure the
lifespan of your assassin.

[edit] Equipment
- Valkyrie's or Shrouded armor are best
- Shrouded in a place where Enchantments are easily removed
- Daggers of Xuekao or Arius' Sai for
enchantment lengthener
- This build is laid out so that you only use energy at the
beginning of a fight and only small portions in battle
- Start with Way of the Empty Palm
- The Chain goes Golden Phoenix Strike --> Repeating -->
continue Repeating until the enemy is dead
- Renew enchantments whenever necessary
- Use mending touch to remove blind and other conditions

- Spiteful Sprit and hit based damage hexes as it is with most
physical builds
- Enchantment removal
- Blind if you cannot use Mending Touch
