build is not viable.

Perpetuum Mobile Healer is designed to have good healing power
combined with 78 energy and complex energy management and thus be
independent from Order/Battery necromancer.

Ascetic's Armor
At least two weapon sets are necessary:
- Primary set - Any wand/offhand that serves as the primary set.
High energy is not necessary here.
- Seconary set - Holy Rod and Healing Ankh bought from Honglei Sun in Maatu Keep. These are
- Holy Rod - +15 energy, -1 energy regeneration
- Healing Ankh - +27 energy, -1 energy regeneration
- Optional set - low energy weapon set is useful prior to casting
Rebirth.
- No focus item
- A +15% Damage / -5 energy weapon such as Ironclaw.
- Keep Divine
Boon on all the time since it gives you quite big healing power
and you do not have to worry about energy.
- Keep casting Mantra of Recall every 20 seconds.
- Use high-energy weapon set only when necessary since you have
only +1 energy regeneration with it (-2 weapons, -1 Divine Boon). On
contrary, normal weapon set gives you +3 energy regeneration. That
should cover most standard situations. Use Inspired Hex to remove
hexes and gain several points of energy at the same time.
- When under big pressure and if your energy reaches 0-5, cast Ether Signet.
Bear in mind that it has long recharge time so next time you will
get low with energy, you will have to switch to high-energy weapon
set. It gives you 17 energy instant bonus and thus it will help you
to heal others until Mantra of Recall ends and gives you another
20 energy. After some time Ether Signet recharges and you will be at the
same situation like at the beginning of the fight - Ether Signet ready to
use, Mantra of Recall halfway to give you 20
energy, +3 energy regeneration and high-energy weapon set as
emergency supply.
- Under normal circumstances you do not have to worry about
energy at all and you can use even big energy consuming spells like
Heal Party or Healing
Breeze.
[edit] Counters
- For proper usage of this build is absolutelly crucial very good
timing since rash usage of Ether Signet can rob you of the opportunity to
use it when you need it.
- For somebody it can be too difficult to play with this build
since you have to keep in mind much more things than other healers
- your energy, actual weapon set or recharge time of Mantra of
Recall and Ether Signet for instance.
- This build relies only on healing so it has just weak
anti-hexes protection and the only cure on health degeneration is
Healing
Breeze
Mantra
of Recall can be captured only in Prophecies, high-energy
weapon set can be bought only in Factions.
